MegaFlex can be introduced with existing systems and already existing equipment. Readers and terminal devices can also be modernized in connection with device review updates, as necessary. When you choose MegaFlex, you won't be committed to manufacturer-specific software, licenses, updates or the product range of your supplier. The modern devices are in compliance with industrial standards, making it easy to expand the system's usage. MegaFlex provides individual properties as well as large property units with an overall solution that is superior in its qualities, manageability, usability and cost efficiency.
Only a secured broadband connection to the network server, similar to Internet banking, is needed for using the system. Installation is simple, without massive device or software investments or IT expert services.
Easy access right control
Access rights for each user, e.g. each employee, can be determined by access area or even by individual access point or door, in real time. The application software is flexible and user-friendly.
The main user or service desk security staff can use predefined area groups or rule bases.
The security level of access rights is automatically defined correctly according to different situations, such as visitors, project employees or new and leaving employees.
The MegaFlex control desk can be property-specific or, for example, group-specific. It can be used to determine unit-specific service desks and MegaFlex users within the units.
The service can easily be scaled up to global use – several properties are managed through one user interface in real time.
